All sales on our site are final**.
We only sell brand new area rugs, therefore we cannot resell rugs that have been opened from their original packaging or have been used.
**We ONLY offer return and refund if the rug arrives damaged or something otherwise is wrong with it.
The rug must be shipped back to sender before refund can be issued!
Please make sure you measure the area you plan to place the rug in prior to purchase.

If you have received a free item with the purchase of one of our rugs, and you have requested to return and refund the rug, the full price of the “free item” will be charged to you.
You may return the free item if you wish along with the rug, as long as it is still in its original packaging, unopened!
If you return the free item along with the rug, you will not be charged.
